    Niem Tin Co., Ltd (NTC) is a top ranking Vietnamese company specializing in information – communication – automation solutions with a simple name of Niem Tin which means trust in Vietnamese. It is the trust in our capabilities and ambitions to contribute to the bright future of Vietnam. That is why there is the V sign in our corporate identity to remind that we are Vietnamese and we have to strive for Victory.

    Organization Structure

    NTC is organized into 2 Business Centers, 2 subsidiary companies and 2 Supportive Divisions. Each Business Center/ subsidiary company caters for specific line of products and services which are Communication Solutions, Building Solutions, Software Solutions, Industrial Automation Solutions, and Professional Services.

    Our Business Centers and underlying companies have unified the organization structure with pre-sales, sales, after-sales and business administration (including accounting and project coordination) functions. This structure allows for totally active and flexible project management and implementation by each Business Center/ underlying company.

    The two supportive units include Finance & Accounting and Corporate (Administration-Human Resources-Organization Information) Divisions. They provide resources to support the activities of the Business Centers/underlying companies.

    This model of organization structure is applied to the head office and branches of NTC.
