Morning, 26^th May, 2009, the signing ceremony of the agreement between NTC Co., Ltd and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories ASIA Ltd was solemnly held at NTC office.

According to this agreement, NTC has become the official provider of communication solutions, especially Contact Center & IVR solutions of Genesys in Vietnam.
